Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ChannelRecipe (the "Service"), operated by Creative Tube Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ChannelRecipe helps you generate video content using AI. We provide the compute and third-party AI models required to produce videos, voiceovers, thumbnails, and related assets. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Plans, credits & billing

The free trial includes a limited number of video credits, with no card required.
Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.
A credit is consumed when you start a render. If a render fails on our side, the credit is automatically refunded.
You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or that violates the policies of the platforms you publish to. You may not attempt to abuse the free trial (e.g. creating multiple accounts to obtain extra credits), reverse-engineer, overload, or resell the Service without permission.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the scripts you provide and the videos you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights. We may store generated files temporarily as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability & AI output

The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated output can be inaccurate or unexpected, and we do not guarantee any particular result, view count, or revenue. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Tube Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes & contact
